SATURDAY 8TH JUNE :

B Sharpe Music in Williamsons Mall have organised a live music event on the stage on Market Square on Saturday evening the 8th June from 7 - 9pm.


It will showcase a number of young local bands and is a great way of allowing these bands to play in front of a live audience and be appreciated for their talent.  So come along on the Saturday evening and give your support to these young local singers and musicians

SUNDAY 9TH JUNE :

We have Nathan Carter Live in Open air concert on Market Square.

The brightest young singing star to hit Ireland for many years. Nathan was determined to seek a career in the Music Industry, and at the tender age of 16 years, decided to leave school  and follow his dream. Nathan is now packing Ballroom and Concert Venues all over the Country. and has received, to date some 18 Top Country Music Awards   in Ulster, Munster, Leinster and Connaught, and all of this in just three very busy years on the road. Nathan is surrounded by Top Class Musicians; Seamus Rooney, Guitar's; Stevie Hamilton, Lead and Steel Guitar's; Gareth Lowery, Drums; Band Leader/Arranger, Jim McVeigh, Piano and Keyboards. Nathan, himself an accomplished musician who plays Piano Accordion, Guitar and Piano has always wanted to have a Fiddle Player in his band. This position has recently been filled by another very excellent and experienced musician Matt McGrennahen and what a player he is too!
